Mariya Brown heads Innovation for BNY Mellon Pershing EMEA, focusing on accelerating the firm’s digital initiatives, exploring and validating ideas, transforming the way we work, and partnering with clients and the wider ecosystem to develop solutions that service our clients and shape the industry.

Mariya has over 25 years of experience leading product and technology organisations across fintech and capital markets domains at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, UBS, CMC Markets, FastMatch, Mycelium Blockchain and Finastra; both in the US and the UK.  She brings a wealth of domain knowledge to transform and modernize existing solutions, with a strong motivation to bring the “best in class” product innovation and to solve complex business problems with the use of user research and analysis, new technologies, and targeted software development.

Prior to her joining BNY Mellon, she was leading Treasury transformation at Finastra (third largest Fintech Company) with an objective to converge and modernize several legacy systems, to ensure client retention, improve user experience and to establish a solid footprint for future growth

Martin joined Conquest in January 2023 as VP Sales & Distribution , EMEA. Prior to joining Conquest, Martin worked at Beacon where he was a sales contributor as well as Head of Sales, EMEA and four years at FIS in leadership roles, first leading the Sales Strategic Account Management team in EMEA across all of FIS’ Capital Markets solutions and secondly running the Client Experience Relationship Management team in EMEA and NA. Martin also spent 16 years at Open Link Financial ( Now ION Group ) where his roles included Head of Client Services, MD Financial and Treasury Services and finally Head of Sales EMEA for Energy , Commodities and Finance.

Senior Vice President

Jack leads product innovation and client engagement for data, digital and innovation in the Securities Services division at Citi. In this role, Jack supports the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy, managing external partnerships, leading client engagements, and driving industry initiatives.

With 15 years of experience across the investment industry, Jack works closely with clients and market participants to drive innovation and market change. He currently represents Citi across several industry associations and market infrastructure advisory boards.

Jack joined Citi in 2022 and prior to that led FNZ’s blockchain solutions. He has also held a variety of consultancy positions with leading wealth managers, FinTechs and outsourcing providers, supporting their product, innovation, legal, risk and commercial strategies.

Jack holds an Honors degree in Law

Tim is the CEO of a Swiss-based digital asset advisory firm, specializing in Blockchain and AI investments. With a presence in the digital asset space since 2017, Tim diligently explores the efficiency gains that Blockchain and AI, as disruptive technologies, bring to society

Rob joined Conquest early in 2022 from intelliflo where he was Knowledge and Success Manager for their i4C cashflow tool over the last 4 years.  Prior to that, Rob has 14 years of paraplanning experience enabling him to understand the inner workings of wealth management from all angles.  Having been involved in the early development of i4C and managing the sales, support and training of the software, Rob has seen the value financial planning technology can add to a firms proposition, both from a business and client perspective and is passionate about how it can help enhance the planning process.   Rob believes that adoption of technology is crucial to attracting the next generation of clients, and ensure financial plans are a commodity available to all.
