With heavy involvement in industry associations both in Europe and the US, direct customer engagement, Elizabeth works across functions, with industry partners and customers to develop and implement new sustainable packaging solutions based on H.B. Fuller adhesive innovations.

As the Head of Product at Alfa iQ, Ben is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and technical direction for our AI-powered asset financing solutions. Ben is passionate about using technology to improve business processes and drive growth. Alfa iQ is a partnership between Alfa and Bitfount, delivering cutting-edge AI technology that assists in underwriting and makes credit decisions easier for our clients. As the Head of Product, Ben works across the group to ensure that our products are designed to meet the evolving needs of customers in the asset financing industry.

Rob is an accomplished, forward-thinking executive leader with a 20-year portfolio of success driving sales, operations, strategic planning, service delivery, and account management efforts for a Fortune 1000 employment agency.

István Zs. Nagy is the chair of the Hungarian Leasing Association, which represents Hungarian asset financing an long term rental companies. As an empowered executive, with the representatives of the Association pursue a broad range of lobbying activities in order to create new and expand existing domestic public financing schemes, to achieve tax advantages for the benefit of the entire sector, thus using leasing to increase the willingness to invest in assets on a wider scale. He also holds the positions as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Board at Merkantil Bank, within the OTP Bank Group (CEE). Previously, he held the position of Sales Executive and Member of the Board at KBC Leasing Group Hungary. István has more than 20 years of experience in various areas of the leasing sector, with an international perspective and 15 years of management experience.

Ludwig Holle has been working with Finance and Technology since his university days. He spent many years of a successful career as a manager in various industries and larger corporations.

In 2017 he invested in PSplus Portfolio Software + Consulting GmbH and became Managing Director and CFO. PSplus is a leading provider of portfolio management solutions in the German speaking private banking and wealth management markets. Since joining the company, Ludwig focused his activities on the continued integration of client needs into the software solutions of the company. His extensive expertise in managing companies and family businesses is used to support family offices in their search for customized wealth management solutions. He also works closely with the team of FinaSoft GmbH, providing end-customer experience to the private banking and wealth management market.

In 2023 both companies were brought together under the new holding FINAplus GmbH. Ludwig now acts as Managing Director with the goal of developing the resulting FINAplus platform into the leading solution for portfolio management and end-customer interaction in private banking and wealth management.

In his free time, Ludwig actively tries to improve the local political landscape in his hometown.

Ludwig Holle beschäftigt sich seit seiner Studienzeit mit Finanzen und Technik. Er verbrachte viele Jahre einer erfolgreichen Karriere als Manager in verschiedenen Branchen und größeren Konzernen.

Im Jahr 2017 investierte er in die PSplus Portfolio Software + Consulting GmbH und wurde Geschäftsführer und CFO. PSplus ist ein führender Anbieter von Portfoliomanagement-Lösungen im deutschsprachigen Private-Banking- und Wealth-Management-Markt. Seit seinem Eintritt in das Unternehmen konzentriert sich Ludwig auf die weitere Integration der Kundenbedürfnisse in die Softwarelösungen des Unternehmens. Sein umfangreiches Know-how in der Führung von Unternehmen und Familienbetrieben setzt er ein, um Family Offices bei der Suche nach maßgeschneiderten Vermögensverwaltungslösungen zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er eng mit dem Team der FinaSoft GmbH zusammen, das den Private Banking- und Wealth Management-Markt mit Endkundenerfahrung versorgt.

Im Jahr 2023 wurden beide Unternehmen unter der neuen Holding FINAplus GmbH zusammengeführt. Ludwig agiert nun als Geschäftsführer mit dem Ziel, die entstandene FINAplus-Plattform zur führenden Lösung für Portfoliomanagement und Endkundeninteraktion im Private Banking und Wealth Management zu entwickeln.

In seiner Freizeit setzt sich Ludwig aktiv für die Verbesserung der kommunalpolitischen Landschaft in seiner Heimatstadt ein.

Eric Bade is the Head of Business Transformation & Integration and the Head Banking Operations a.i. at Sygnum Bank in Zurich. He is responsible for transforming Sygnum from front to back, leveraging the power of automation, driving overall scalability of Sygnum and ensuring banking operations. Prior to Sygnum, Eric worked for Accenture and Infosys Consulting with consulting mandates ranging from CIO to Chief Digital Officer. He was responsible for digitizing whole organizations, driving larger transformations of organizations, building high-performance teams and setting up outsourcing services. Eric was co-founder of the very first cryptocurrency exchange office in Liechtenstein. Eric holds a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in economics.
