Ronelle has worked in a number of senior management and operational roles across the investment, real estate and financial services sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Upon joining Recognise she created the Bank’s customer experience strategy, developing processes and journeys to achieve good outcomes for lending and savings customers.

As COO she leads on all activities in support of the Bank’s operational policies and objectives, in particular supporting the development of Recognise’s digital innovation capability.

Ronelle volunteers as a Senior Project Manager for The Parasol Foundation Trust, a charity helping disadvantaged women succeed in the business world, and she also leads the Bank in its partnership with Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF).

Robin Simsa

Robin Simsa is the CEO of Revo Foods, and has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University of Gothenburg and Tufts University and is recognized as one of FORBES “30 under 30” for the DACH region. With a background in biotechnology and a passion for ocean sustainability, Robin has extensive experience in the field of 3D food printing, which he used when building his first start up. Revo Foods has revolutionized the production of plant-based fish alternatives and is currently the largest supplier of salmon alternatives in Europe. What makes the fish alternatives so unique are their sensory properties along with an authentic taste, and of course their reduced impact on the environment. In his speech, he will address the developments in 3D printing and the future of sustainable food production, as well as his dedication to finding innovative solutions to address the challenges of sustainable transformation in the food industry.

Frederic Carbonnier

Frederic Carbonnier is a Swiss international finance executive with more than 25 years of successful experience in international banking and finance, with expertise in investments advisory & management, private equity and family office.

Frederic served as senior manager with some of the most prominent banks including UBS, Pictet, Lombard Odier and UBP. Frederic Manages and monitors international investment strategy (portfolio, real estate, private equity, tax, lending, art) for a portfolio of over CHF 500 million. Heads the investment committee at HELMS and Structures and updates the asset allocation. Expert in asset allocation and risk management tools.

I also lead the CX roll out across the African continent, in 10 countries, as we standardize towards a single experience across the region.
