Inès Rigaud

Inès is an Innovation Analyst at HSBC working with Large Language Models and Generative AI. The focus of her work is exploring the potential of Generative AI to derive insights and create new ways to approach and solve problems. She uses her expertise to help her colleagues to better understand Generative AI and empower them to utilise these tools. In her spare time, Inès enjoys exploring her creative side through arts and crafts.

Emma Duguid

Emma has been working in the Customer Insight team at NatWest for almost 6 years having spent 14 years prior to that working with market research agencies including GfK and Populus, working across a number of industries. At NatWest, Emma has worked with both the Retail and Wealth franchises and her main role is to understand what customers are thinking, feeling and doing. She then shares that actionable insight back to the business so they can consider the voice of the customer in every decision, to ensure customer-driven CX improvements.

 

Ian Goulding

Ian has over twenty years of experience in the field of insight.  Having begun his career with Behaviour & Attitudes in Dublin, he moved client-side with Royal Bank of Scotland in 2011.  Over his time with the bank he has worked across a number of strategic roles, in functions and operations environments.  He is currently Head of Insight Operations at NatWest, tasked with improving the capability, tooling, and future focus of insight at the Group.

Thomas Tredennick

Thomas started his career at Baxter Biosciences (later Baxalta) where he worked in the External Manufacturing and Supply group managing fill/finish CMO’s. Thomas took a role at Vetter Pharma as a Customer Project Manager responsible for early phase clinical tech transfers. Thomas then worked for Kite Pharma’s Supply Chain group managing critical raw material suppliers. He then joined ArsenalBio where he is leading the Strategic Supply Chain group responsible for managing clinical supply and production planning.

Dastan Shukanayev

Dastan is an experienced senior professional with a founder and a bias for action mentality. Proven track record of success leading projects in technology, large infrastructure, industrial IoT, organisational digital transformation, finance, strategic investments planning and foresight. An excellent problem solver with strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Russian, Kazakh and a good level of French.

Sarah Marin

Sarah Marin is Chief Customer Officer at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) – the UK’s statutory compensation scheme for customers of authorised failed financial firms.

Responsible for ensuring that FSCS is known and trusted for its financial protection through outstanding customer experience, Sarah oversees planning and preparation for all types of financial services failure, ensuring customers are paid compensation promptly and efficiently.

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in customer-centric operational leadership and transformational change across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, travel and events, learning and financial services. She first joined FSCS in February 2020 as Head of Operational Support, and was later appointed Chief Customer Officer in February 2021.

Between 2006 and 2020 Sarah held a number of roles at Capita PLC, including Chief Operating Officer at Knowledgepool and Director of Operations at Capita Travel and Events.
