Kateryna Orlovska

Kateryna is an Associate Director, Clinical Quality Management Lead at MSD Ukraine responsible for quality management in trials conducted in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. She holds over 15 years of expertise in different roles in clinical trials including 7 years in quality management at MSD.

She is responsible for variety of duties in process management, quality control and compliance, risk assessment – altogether to ensure business continuity for the conducted studies.

Kateryna holds BSc in Economic Theory, MA in Health Care Management obtained from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and Maastricht University (Netherlands), and has a post-graduate degree in Pharmacy from National Medical University of Bogomolets (Ukraine).

Nicolas Ullmo

Nicolas has extensive experience in management consulting for the banking industry as well as in financing softwares. He has been Pre-Sales Director, Program Director and Product Marketing Director for wholesale finance, credit and leasing activities in Europe and Asia. He is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a graduate of ESSEC.

Nick Leader

Nick has worked in the asset finance industry for over 20 years, specialising in providing bespoke insurance products for equipment lessors. As CEO of Acquis, Nick works in partnership with some of the largest lessors in Europe and has witnessed first-hand the resilience the asset finance industry has shown in rising to overcome the major challenges of the past two decades, such as the 2007/8 banking crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic. Nick believes the transition towards sustainability is one of the greatest challenges the industry has faced, but is confident that the asset finance industry is very well placed to achieve its sustainability agenda and lead the financial services industry in making a positive environmental impact for the benefit of future generations.

Erin Tibo

Erin has over 20 years of clinical trial and pharmaceutical software technology experience . She has been with Calyx for 17 years as a key strategic leader, with a specific focus on IRT solutions.

Andrew Evers

Having started my IT career in 1997, I have worked in most sectors of the industry at some point and have always put the focus on technical excellence and best practice. Whilst I am now in a technology managerial position, I still consider myself a technician at heart and I have a true hands on involvement in every technical deployment I oversee.
I have learned to blur the boundaries between the technical, the executive and the financial aspects of long-term enterprise international IT strategies; that every project, every change and every IT strategic decision is in line with the business at the highest levels and still technically excellent at the nuts-and-bolts end, as well as being aligned with overall business financial strategy.

Anything to do with business IT strategy, service delivery and project execution are all my interest areas with technical focus on Microsoft products, Citrix, VMware, Cisco/HP switching, IP security and firewalling or pretty much anything else with an IP address!

Jan Alfrink

Jan Alfrink is the Regional Director of Sales in Europe for Sabre Hospitality. With over 20+ years in hospitality distribution and eCommerce, Jan has helped numerous new hotel partners strengthen their online presence and results via a consultative approach. Prior to joining Sabre, Jan obtained a Master’s degree in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. He worked for various hotel chains on property in operations where the challenges of task fulfillment were paramount to the guest experience.
