Frederic Kemp

Frederic Kemp is Chief Market Officer at Azqore and Member of the Group Executive Committee. With 20+ years’ experience in banking and digital transformation projects, Frederic has gained a specific insight into Wealth management and in the disruptive models and technologies currently reshaping the Finance industry. He today drives Azqore’s Strategic Marketing in order to best answer existing and future clients evolving needs, implement resilient operating model and deliver news digital services globally. Before joining Azqore, he was a Managing Director at the Swiss-based group Avaloq where he founded the first foreign entity in Luxembourg and actively contributed to the group’s international expansion. He previously worked for IBM Global Services and an internet start-up, as well as for the Belgian Parliament. Frederic holds a bachelor in marketing and a master in Political Sciences & International Relations from UCLouvain.

François De Lescure

Francois is the Chief Revenue Officer at Wealth Dynamix and a member of the Board of Indosuez Wealth Management after its acquisition in January 2023. With a strong focus on expanding Wealth Dynamix’s presence in France and driving business operations across Europe, François joined the company in 2020. François has played a pivotal role in securing several flagship deals across Europe and Switzerland, showcasing his expertise in closing significant business transactions.

As Chief Revenue Officer, François is responsible for driving new and existing revenues for the company. He oversees key aspects such as recruiting, structuring, and managing the sales team, while also taking charge of the business forecast and reseller channels. With a keen eye for strategic opportunities and an impressive track record in sales and marketing, François has consistently contributed to the growth and success of Wealth Dynamix.

Prior to joining Wealth Dynamix, François held the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Executive Committee member, and investor at DreamQuark, a leading Artificial Intelligence software startup. During his tenure, François achieved significant milestones, securing the company’s first recurring revenues with Tier-1 banks and insurance companies. Before his role at DreamQuark, François spent nearly a decade at Nokia Networks, where he led European Sales for Analytics Software.

TRACY R. WILSON, DNP, MSN.ED., RN, FNP-C

Tracy is an accomplished Health Equity Advocate, Diversity and Inclusion Champion, and highly driven Field Medical Director . Tracy is passionate about reducing health care disparities & improving patient outcomes by developing marketing strategies & educational tools to enhance the knowledge of HCPs & patients for BIPOC communities. Tracy experience includes almost 6 years in medical affairs and a 20 + year nursing/NP career which has allowed her to excel at leveraging scientific and clinical expertise to serve as a value-added resource for cross-functional teams such as sales, training, and marketing.

SEAN SMITH

Sean Smith is a Biological Threat Exclusion Coordinator (BTEC) for CBP in the Office of Field Operations/ Agriculture Programs and Trade Liaison/ Agro/Bio-Terrorism Countermeasures. As a BTEC, Mr. Smith is charged with supporting and developing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operational capacity and capability in preventing tools of agro/bio-terrorism from entering the U.S. Mr. Smith joined CBP in 2005 as an Agriculture Specialist (CBPAS) and was promoted to Supervisory CBPAS in 2008. He has served CBP in the following ports of entry: San Diego, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa and Boston Logan Airport. From 2011- 2018, Mr. Smith served as the primary Public Affairs Liaison and Border Community Liaison, respectively, for CBP in New England. He has also volunteered to assist in past domestic and international CBP disaster recovery operations, including: Hurricane Ike (2008), ‘Operation Safe Return’ (Haitian Relief Effort- 2010), and Hurricane Harvey, DHS Surge Capacity Force (2017). Prior to CBP, Mr. Smith contributed to wildlife conservation for nearly a decade, completing field work on rare endemic Hawaiian birds on the Big Island of Hawaii, and raising rare and endangered birds (in some cases, extinct in the wild) at the San Diego Zoo’s Avian Propagation Center. Also, Mr. Smith is a former reserve firefighter and EMT for the City of Borrego Springs in California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Systematic Biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California. Mr. Smith, his wife, two children, one dog, and one chicken live in an old farmhouse in Massachusetts.

JAMES L. SHERLEY, M.D., PH.D.

James L. Sherley, M.D., Ph.D. is the founder, President, and CEO of Massachusetts stem cell biotechnology company Asymmetrex, LLC. Asymmetrex develops and markets technologies for advancing stem cell medicine, including the first method achieving specific and accurate certification of the dosage of therapeutic tissue stem cells, called kinetic stem cell (KSC) counting. Asymmetrex’s kinetic stem cell counting platforms are also used to optimize manufacturing of therapeutic stem cells and for evaluations of drug effects on tissue stem cells. Dr. Sherley is a graduate of Harvard College, with a B.A. degree in biology, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, earning joint M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. Prior to founding Asymmetrex, he held academic research appointments at the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Boston Biomedical Research Institute. Dr. Sherley’s professional awards include Pew Biomedical Research Scholar, Ellison Medical Foundation Senior Scholar in Aging Research, and NIH Director’s Pioneer Award.

Boaz Albo

Boaz Albo is Head of the Medical Cannabis Treatment and Clinical Research Institute that was established in 2020 at the Sheba Medical Center, and also serves as the academic coordinator in leading academies for training programs of physicians, pharmacists and medical professions in the subject of “Treatment with Medical Cannabis” delivered by Sapir College, the Israeli Medical Association, the Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University. From 2014 till 2020 Boaz served as deputy to the director and as department head of R&D, Quality and Vocational Training in the Medical Cannabis Agency (IMCA of the Israeli Ministry of Health’s. There, he took a major part in designing the policy and regulation for the emerging medical cannabis industry, including writing the clinical methodology and quality procedures for medical cannabis products. In his Academic training Boaz holds an M.Sc. graduate in life sciences and Biotechnology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and gained a vast experience in the biomed industry and research and development of innovative botanical products.
