Simon Roffe

Simon joined Penderyn in June 2020 with a remit on international brand development covering existing business, new markets and channels.

Simon has a wealth of experience in the drinks industry featuring over 22 years at Guinness Brewing / Diageo plc, followed by a period managing EMEA & India for Remy-Cointreau’s global travel retail division and prior to joining Penderyn, played a key role in Halewood international as MD of a new travel retail business and building Whitley Neill Gin into #4 premium gin in the channel globally by the end of 2019.

Starting out in logistics & supply chain functions within Guinness, Simon moved into commercial roles in late 90s and since 2002 has been working almost exclusively in international and duty-free markets.

Jena Daniels

Jena is an experienced research manager with 10 years of experience in enabling digital solutions within academic and industry sponsored clinical trials. As a 2021 PharmaVoice100 recipient and Best Decentralized Clinical Trial Businesswoman of 2022, Jena is most known for establishing Medable’s Patient Success department and Patient Caregiver Network. These teams engage and empower expert patient and caregiver advocates to assist product development, refine study workflows, and tailor the overall trial experience. This results in meaningful, actionable, and patient-focused solutions. She is incredibly passionate about enabling effective therapies to get to patients faster by disrupting legacy standards with scalable and personalized digital solutions. Prior to Medable, she worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Harvard Medical School and Stanford University School of Medicine. She has co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications focusing on how to leverage machine-learning, artificial intelligence, and remote patient monitoring to triage, diagnose, and provide early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder

Priya Ravisekara

Priya Ravisekara, MSc,is a senior analyst at GlobalData in London, UK, where her primary responsibilities include producing analytical reports, improving and maintaining database functionality through quality assurance testing, updating and monitoring Global Data’s Clinical Trials Intelligence Database, and answering queries directly from clients. Priya holds a Masters in Clinical Drug Development from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Brunel University, London.​

Morten Lind Jensen

Morten Lind Jensen is VP of Medical Science at UNION Therapeutics A/S. Prior to working at UNION, Morten has 9 years of experience as medical specialist, project manager and line manager from Novo Nordisk, where he worked across the internal Novo Nordisk portfolio and established external collaboration projects within new ways of doing clinical trials and using digital data.

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Morten did his Ph.D. within the research space of medical education, and on how to optimize learning outcomes during the training of professionals. He has also worked clinically as a medical doctor within radiology and surgery.

Morten is an MD from University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ulla Holm Hansen

I am director of IND & Phase I (which includes clinical operation) in Symphogen/Servier (Symphogen was acquired by Servier in 2020)

I have worked several years in a CRO and the industry as CRA, Senior CRA and PM before joining Symphogen in 2010, where I am now heading the IND & Phase I entity which includes clinical operation but also the responsibility of facilitating new compounds (mAb) when received a go to be explored in FIH to FPFV. Symphogen develops mAb within oncology.
