Clara Rehder holds a dual master degree in International Energy and Business and Management from Sciences Po Paris and Stockholm School of Economics. Following previous roles in Uniper’s governmental relations and power trading department, she supported the development of the Net Zero Solutions team which aims at accelerating the energy transition of Uniper’s energy-intensive industrial clients. As a Senior Net Zero Advisor, she develops and implements strategic decarbonization roadmaps to reach net zero.
Elizabeth Becker serves as a Senior Director in Population Science within the Regulatory Sciences organization at Altria Client Services. In this role, she leads a team of scientists who conduct tobacco perception and behavior research in support of regulatory submissions to the FDA.
Previously, Elizabeth served as Director, Corporate Responsibility for Altria Client Services where she was accountable for strategies and programs including environmental sustainability and underage tobacco prevention. Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2005, Elizabeth has held a variety of corporate affairs, innovation, and corporate responsibility roles within Altria Client Services.
Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
Ms. Olorunnisola is currently VP – Innovation, Marketing & Digital in the Avantor Services business unit. She leads Innovation, Marketing and Digital Solutions for the Supply Chain (Lab) Services and Clinical Services.
She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device and Life Science industry developing and executing digital and go-to-market strategies.
Additionally, she has led the development and deployment of large-scale enterprise solutions. Ms. Olorunnisola received her BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Gonzalo FERNANDEZ COSTA is policy officer on energy security and energy storage at the European Commission, DG ENER, Unit B4. Prior to joining the Commission, he was head of service on electricity markets, system operation and grids at the Ministry for Ecological Transition in Spain, Deputy DG for Electricity. He is an engineer with a major in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM).
Maurizio Garro works as a Model risk manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where he works as subject matter expert for implementing model risk management policy, governance and framework and lead the team to implement the activities defined in model risk management framework. He also provides guidance in the identification of models, documentation of model design, assumptions/limitations, administration, output and uses, governance, change management, and input processing.
He has a long-standing experience as an internal auditor, consultant and banker in model risk management and previously worked in the Development and Validation teams of top-tier financial institutions in Europe, U.S., and the U.K. for over 18 years.
Maurizio is a frequent speaker on various topics in risk management, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditor and the Director of the Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP) London Chapter.
He has been supporting as mentor start-ups involved in the development of AI/Machine learning products.
Maurizio Garro received his Master Degree in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milano and a certificate in Financial Risk Management (FRM) from GARP.
