I’m a food lover and scientist. I did my phd in food process engineering with a large focus on fat-based foams. I’m a founder of the company microPow and I’m now head of science at Kinematica, responsible for the new business unit “Kinematica Science”. I love natural food and changing food perception only by changing the texture.

Marco Schäfer

Marco Schäfer has joined Clariant Masterbatches, which became part of Avient in July 2020, back in 2013 as a Regional Key Account Manager. Before moving into his current role of Senior Marketing Manager he was the Market Segment Head Packaging for the EMEA region at Clariant and part of the Global Key Account Management team for several years. In this position Marco has also dealt with multinational companies and brand owners.

Prior to his time at Avient Marco has worked in different positions in the plastic packaging and semi-finished good industry including Sales Manager for PET Preforms & Bottles at Artenius PET Packaging, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Röchling Sustaplast and Technical Marketing Manager for Specialty Films at Klöckner Pentaplast.

Marco holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Europa Fachhochschule Fresenius (University of Applied Sciences) in Idstein.

Adam Fenwick

Adam Fenwick, VP, Sales UKI at Digital Workforce / RPA technology leader, Automation Anywhere 

With 20 years of experience in IT, including nine years leading automation practices across industry, Adam Fenwick, leads the UKI Automation Anywhere region. A History and Sociology graduate of Liverpool University, he is truly passionate about Digital Transformation & customer experience projects, along with sports like Olympic weightlifting. Adam is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management (FISM) and a Trustee of Ella Dunn Housing Trust, a registered charity providing the North East’s elderly with disabilities free housing for life. 

Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer Kelly is the Vice President of Operations at HealthiVibe. Ms. Kelly has experience and expert knowledge in the healthcare industry from over 17 years managing operations and project delivery. She has vast experience managing biopharmaceutical-sponsored programs in a wide variety of therapeutic areas across Phase II-IV clinical trials, registries, REMs, risk management, and commercial HUB programs.

Stuart Taylor

Stuart joined White Clarke Group in early 2021, taking responsibility for achieving sales and business growth in the UK and Ireland.

 

With previous roles spanning some of the largest auto manufacturers in Europe, including Honda Europe and Volkswagen UK, Stuart’s experiences provide a unique perspective on the industry – he has held senior sales positions across large financial services, software, and OEM organisations over his 25-year career.

 

A keen sportsman, Stuart plays county-standard cricket and squash and is an FA-registered L3 football coach. He is married with two children.
