Her in-depth understanding of Central lab operations coupled with experience in financial planning and strategic pricing enabled the successful implementation of various technologies supporting the central lab process delivery and optimization.
Brandi Lute
Brandi Lute, MBA, CPM, Senior Director of Project Management, Clinical Pharmacology, has worked in research and development for 28 years. Her experience includes laboratory expertise in immunological assays in support of vaccines for infectious diseases, single and multiple site clinical pharmacology trials in healthy participants and managing multi-country trials in renal and hepatic impaired patients. She has 20 years’ experience in project management over services from protocol concept through clinical study report and developing professional project manager teams specializing in early clinical research at leading CROs. She is currently heading the global full service delivery team in the Clinical Pharmacology Project Management group at Covance.

Douglas graduated from the University of Surrey with a BSc in Physics & Computer Science.

Olivier Kutz
Olivier Kutz, Category Marketing Manager Tate & Lyle Europe, has a FMCG & Brand Management background through some well-known household names such as PG Tips and Lipton tea, Douwe Egberts coffee and Heinz Ketchup & Foodservice sauces.
As a stevia specialist, Olivier has been working on sugar reduction solutions from an ingredients perspective for quite some time, and has actively taken part in the development of stevia based solutions in Europe. Having spent most of his marketing career in Brand Management and Customer Marketing, over time Olivier built a solid understanding of B2B and consumer markets across the region, translating insights into action and commercial opportunities for his customers.
Roger Pearson, Ph.D.
Roger Pearson, Ph.D. (President Analytical Services Aspen Research Corporation): Dr. Pearson received his B.S. in Chemistry from Montana State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health. Dr. Pearson joined Aspen Research in 1997 from a post-doctoral position at the University of Minnesota. His prior professional experience includes positions as a Research Chemist and Production Superintendent for Celanese Chemical Corporation. Dr. Pearson has extensive experience in gas chromatographic analysis of volatile and semi-volatile compounds, has coordinated many studies of off gassing phenomena at elevated process temperatures, and is an expert at coupling analytical results back to their process chemistry. He is an industry recognized expert in Food Contact and Extractables and Leachables techniques whose studies have been instrumental in assisting risk professionals in providing guidance for companies navigating in various regulatory arenas.
