As Global Director of Sweetener Innovation for Sweegen, Daria is focused on building Sweegen’s industry-leading portfolio of sweetener innovations. Having spent over a decade in the food and beverage industry, her primary focus has been on Product Development with a lens toward ingredient innovation. Daria’s great understanding of the global needs for reformulation and innovation allows her to identify how new sweetness technology can have the greatest impact.  
 
Her passion for making low sugar products tasting amazing is closely linked to her personal values. She is based in Reading, England. 

Kim joined Anju Software with the acquisition of OmniComm Systems, which he had been at since 2017, managing the eClinical Suite’s product development. His expertise in clinical operations software is driving Anju’s products to new levels of innovation. Prior to Anju, Kim gained about 20 years of experience at Oracle Corporation as Vice President of Development for many clinical research applications, including systems for electronic data capture (EDC), clinical trials management, data management, medical coding, and data warehousing. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from the Aarhus Business College in Denmark.

Aleksander joined TOMRA in 1998, and has 20+ years of experience within the used beverage container recycling field, ranging from sustainability, governmental affairs to market- and product development. He started up TOMRA Collection Solutions’ intrapreneurial digital team, and has been driving digital transformation within container deposit solutions for the past five years. Aleksander is currently head of commercial functions in TOMRA’s Solution Hub, with the overall objective of delivering competitive advantages to customers and partners, and inspiring active change towards a circular economy.
