Currently, Tom specializes in a highly consultative role to support business growth, oversee system capabilities, develop processes and tools and develop client specific standards.

David is a Chartered Engineer who has worked internationally in large corporations and technology start-ups commercialising innovative technology prior to embarking on his consulting career. His experience encompasses both reduced-risk nicotine and cannabinoid products, spanning the full development cycle of user research, prototype development and the transition to production. Through his work supporting CDP’s clients, he has developed a deep understanding of the technological, commercial and regulatory issues impacting these emerging sectors.
E.B. McLindon is an accomplished senior executive with proven ability to build, develop and manage businesses. Utilising a background in finance and technology, he helped create Accelovance, a CRO that owns and operates clinical research sites. E.B. is passionate about engaging patients – either directly through outreach or through site development, and simplify the research journey for both patients and sites.
Magdalena is a marketing strategist captivated by behavioural, wellbeing and new lifestyle trends. She has 15 years of multi-market experience across trade, client, and agency sides. At European tourism association (ETOA) she led campaigns promoting Europe as a destination. Working for marketing agency Accord, she promoted campaigns for various travel clients including hotels, tour operators and destinations. She has co-organised events with Google London, ETC, UN and other partners. Subsequently, Magdalena moved to work on concept development for new openings and repositioning in Portugal (Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Palmares). Magdalena works on profiling audiences and designing creative ways of promoting destinations, and both residential and tourism experience. She embraces the need to focus on ‘new luxury’: community-feel, wellbeing, active living, sustainability, growth and contribution. All delivered through integrated campaigns led by social, influencer, content and events campaigns. She regularly speaks at international conferences. As a typical unsettled mind, Magdalena has a keen interest in digital, holds Tourism Management MA, Google Squared Digital Marketing certification and is an MCIM. She is also a mindfulness & flow state coach, passions which she embraces both personally and professionally.
