Dr. Thomas Marbury has served as Principal Investigator in over 1,000 Clinical Trials since 1978. He has published extensively in scientific and clinical journals and is regarded as a thought leader in the area of renal and hepatic trials. He has presented on various panels with other clinical pharmacology experts and FDA leaders at the industry’s national meetings. He is the founder and President of Orlando Clinical Research Center since 1990. As the President of Orlando Clinical Research Center, his main areas of research are Phase I clinical trials.
Lea Brader is a Nutrition Scientist at the farmer-owned dairy cooperative Arla Foods. With a PhD in Human Nutrition (Nordic diet in the prevention of diabetes & cardiovascular diseases), Lea brings significant Nutrition & Health knowledge to the conference. Olivier Navello is Food Industry Engineer with over 25 years of experience, starting with French multinational SAVENCIA (ex-BONGRAIN). Having joined Blendhub in 2013 to grow the business for the dairy and beverages industries in Europe and the Middle East, he is today the Technical Vice President for Blendhub Global as well as the Managing Director for the greater Middle East region.
Eva Hinkers is the Chair of Arup’s Europe Region and a member of the firm’s Management Board. Prior to her current appointment Eva led Arup’s three offices in Germany for over six years.
During her 20-year career at the firm, Eva has led a range of complex projects across sectors including infrastructure and commercial property, as well as delivering specialist facilities for leading industry groups.
A structural engineer by training, she has managed iconic projects including the headquarters of Korean beauty group AmorePacific in Seoul – all driven by her strong commitment to sustainability.
Eva is a strong proponent of Arup’s Total Design philosophy, which aims to deliver excellent work and unlock value for clients by bringing together multiple design disciplines.
She is also Partnership Director for Arup’s ongoing relationship with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF), leading our work to create catalysts for change in the application of Circular Economy principles in the built environment.
Born in Berlin, Roland subsequently moved to Hanover, Germany, where he studied Structural Engineering. Having accomplished his diploma, Roland started working at Werner Sobek Stuttgart and soon rose to be appointed first principal, then general manager, at least managing director and partner. Roland heads the department of competitions and is a specialist of project management of large-scale projects. He has extensive experience in various important high rise projects, such as ADAC Headquarters in Munich/Germany, the Hegau Tower in Singen/Germany and the 400 m high Olympic Tower in Nanjing/China. In addition, Roland has been in charge of several complex projects such as World Expo 2017 in Astana/Kazakhstan and the underground railway station in Stuttgart/Germany. Since 2013, Roland has been Country Representative of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In 2016 he started to launch the German Chapter in collaboration with Dario Trabucco, CTBUH Research Manager.
