Jon is the founder of Global Alliance Advisory Services (“GAAS”), the leadership support consultancy
uniquely dedicated to serve international accounting networks and associations. The GAAS team
comprises former CEOs and Executives based in the UK, Mainland Europe, and the USA.
GAAS focuses on the development and implementation of growth strategies, facilitating merger
opportunities and assisting across the broadest range of operational issues for central offices. For
networks, GAAS offers an outsourced global quality management, monitoring and inspection service.
Managing global independence reporting effectively is a major issue for the networks and GAAS was
instrumental in the development of the Zenzero Global Alliance Hub which utilises the Microsoft
Power Platform and Microsoft 365 to deliver a cost effective cloud-based solution to fully automate
the process. The module can also be applied to gather and collate information from the global
membership such as the IAB survey requirements.

Jon is best known from his days as CEO of Kreston International which he led for 13 years until 2019
having previously been Managing Partner of a 9 office UK practice. During his long career in the
profession, Jon has managed accounting practices at every level – regional, national, and global.

Olivier Navello

Olivier Navello is Food Industry Engineer with over 25 years of experience, starting with French multinational SAVENCIA (ex-BONGRAIN). Having joined Blendhub in 2013 to grow the business for the dairy and beverages industries in Europe and the Middle East, he is today the Technical Vice President for Blendhub Global as well as the Managing Director for the greater Middle East region.

Eva-Maria Hinkers

Eva Hinkers is the Chair of Arup’s Europe Region and a member of the firm’s Management Board. Prior to her current appointment Eva led Arup’s three offices in Germany for over six years.

During her 20-year career at the firm, Eva has led a range of complex projects across sectors including infrastructure and commercial property, as well as delivering specialist facilities for leading industry groups.

A structural engineer by training, she has managed iconic projects including the headquarters of Korean beauty group AmorePacific in Seoul – all driven by her strong commitment to sustainability.

Eva is a strong proponent of Arup’s Total Design philosophy, which aims to deliver excellent work and unlock value for clients by bringing together multiple design disciplines.

She is also Partnership Director for Arup’s ongoing relationship with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF), leading our work to create catalysts for change in the application of Circular Economy principles in the built environment.

Roland Bechmann

Born in Berlin, Roland subsequently moved to Hanover, Germany, where he studied Structural Engineering. Having accomplished his diploma, Roland started working at Werner Sobek Stuttgart and soon rose to be appointed first principal, then general manager, at least managing director and partner. Roland heads the department of competitions and is a specialist of project management of large-scale projects. He has extensive experience in various important high rise projects, such as ADAC Headquarters in Munich/Germany, the Hegau Tower in Singen/Germany and the 400 m high Olympic Tower in Nanjing/China. In addition, Roland has been in charge of several complex projects such as World Expo 2017 in Astana/Kazakhstan and the underground railway station in Stuttgart/Germany. Since 2013, Roland has been Country Representative of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In 2016 he started to launch the German Chapter in collaboration with Dario Trabucco, CTBUH Research Manager.

Phin Foster

Phin is the editor-in-chief of Hotel Management International, a quarterly title published in partnership with the European Hotel Managers Association (EHMA). He has extensive experience covering the hospitality and construction sectors for leading international publications and has served on the organising committees for a number of hotel conferences and events, including chairing the judging panel at European Hospitality Awards.

Frederick Diamond

Fred Diamond is a Senior Consultant within GlobalData’s Consumer division, specialising in strategy solutions within the FMCG and foodservice industries. Leveraging mixed-methods research, Fred combines qualitative and quantitative inputs relating to market dynamics, brand strategies, macroeconomic trends, and consumer behaviours. His expertise includes competitor analysis, enabling clients to understand their position within the market and make informed strategic decisions.
