Daniel Reichen

Daniel Reichen is team member of the Key Account Management of ELPRO since 2016. He is responsible for the global partnerships with dedicated multi-national pharmaceutical companies. Daniel understands the day-to-day challenges of life science organizations in operating temperature-controlled storage facilities and managing products in-transit. Daniel enjoys being part of implementing new monitoring and data management technology, which can be complex in aligning stakeholders and adapting processes; but in the end, reaps significant benefits to global cold chain operations. Daniel holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Interstate University of Applied Sciences of Technology Buchs NTB, Switzerland.

Hasan Oezdem

With more than 17 years experience in the private sector, my career was centered around the creation and operation of engineering centers and innovation hubs.

I am currently responsible for the global execution of all innovation projects for Siemens Gamesa like hybrid power plants, large storage technologies and flying turbines.

Next to these responsibilities I am member of the Advisory Board of Siemens Gamesa Germany as well as chairman of the executive council representing all Senior Managers in Germany.

Dr Colin Morgan

Colin is a Business Development Director at ADAS. ADAS https://www.adas.uk/ is a well-established agricultural and environmental services consultancy owned by the UK’s largest independent environmental consultancy – RSK Group https://rskgroup.com/. ADAS provides ideas, specialist knowledge and solutions to secure our food and enhance the environment and has specialisms across agriculture for the production of sustainable value chains for food, fuel and fibre.

Colin works across sustainable agriculture and is also the lead for the ADAS Cannabis Value Chain Services Portfolio. ADAS did a landmark piece of work in cannabis as long ago as 2004 and has recently positioned itself as the leading independent organisation that can work to integrate cannabis crops for the contribution to sustainable development – based on our trusted position in the sector.

Colin has also worked for global certification bodies and global transparent food chain programmes and combines this knowledge with the ADAS team’s extensive knowledge of agriculture and environment to provide solutions for the legal cannabis sector in environmental consultancy, standards development, building transparent and ethical value chains, research in to higher performing crops and policy development.

Abdul Rahim

Dato’ Abd Rahim Md Noh was the Group Chief Executive Officer from June 2012 to December 2018. He is now a Member of the Board. He graduated from the University of Southampton, Hants, England with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering in 1974.

He has more than 45 years’ experience in the electricity supply chain industry, having worked in power utilities, energy regulator, independent power producers, turbine/power equipment manufactures, with responsibilities in corporate planning, engineering, project management, construction, o&m, sales and marketing.

Dato’ Abd Rahim is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Malaysia

Lucia Vilsecker

Lucia Vilsecker is a marketing professional.  She is from Vienna and was educated in Political Science with a Master’s degree in History.  Working with both agency and brand, Lucia has become an expert in digital and social marketing.  Over the past five years Lucia has been building ‘all I need’ from a beverage start-up into one of the fastest growing and most well respected brands in Austria.  As Head of Marketing she worked with the two founders to stay true to the ideals of highest quality, natural ingredients which are both vegan and organic.  In addition, despite the cost and complexity, they made ‘all I need’ the first CO2 neutral beverage brand in Austria.  ‘All I need’ is available in all major retailers in Austria and the brand has been recently acquired by Capri-Sun. At the end of last year, it was launched in Germany and Switzerland.  Lucia continues to be responsible for the brand marketing, but now on an international level.

Angie Schinkel

Ms. Schinkel joined Poseida in October 2019 and serves as vice president, clinical operations. She has over 24 years of clinical drug development experience in clinical operations including half of that time focused on contributing to pharmaceutical and biotech efforts in the San Diego area. Most recently, she was an executive director at Retrophin leading clinical operations including strategic planning, clinical supply oversight and clinical outsourcing/vendor management. Prior to that, Angie provided leadership at Halozyme Therapeutics across multiple development programs. In addition, she has held senior management positions of increasing responsibility at Amylin Pharmaceuticals and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Schinkel earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California San Diego.

Phi Tat

Phi is currently working as currently working as a Central Monitor (Manager) at Pfizer in the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) team to monitor and identify risks associated with conducting clinical trials and the quality/integrity of clinical data.  Responsible for timely and high quality risk-based monitoring (RBM) analytics to clinical trial monitoring which utilizes data and site level information to determine needs for performing on-site, remote, and centralized activities and focuses resources on risks that have the most potential to impact patients’ safety and data quality.

Lisa Squibb

Lisa has been in data management in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 30 years. Prior to working for Boehringer-Ingelheim, Lisa has worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Purdue Pharma. She has been involved in several projects under multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, neuroscience, sexual medicine, diabetes and cardiovascular health, and pain management. Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Health Psychology, a Master’s of Public Health and a Master’s of Business Administration in the area of International Business. Lisa is also a volunteer certified Emergency Medical Technician in her local town of Monroe, CT and has been involved in emergency services for nearly 15 years.
