Kathleen O’Brien

A 15-year veteran of the translation industry with a background in linguistics, Kathleen has held various roles in the translation business: vendor, project and account management, as well as new business development. Her experiences have  positioned her with a unique perspective into both translation operations and how translation impacts the globalization needs of clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.​ Kathleen proactively collaborates with her Life Sciences client partners on a daily basis to help them set their localization strategies.

David Gwyn

With more than 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, David is a seasoned executive with extensive experience delivering solutions to customers, with a particular focus in the areas of regulatory information management (RIM), content management and collaboration. His main focus is aligning customer needs with the capabilities of the company’s Life Sciences Suite and ensure that the solution meets the needs of the customer. ​David also leads the DIA EDM Submission Reference Model team that developed a document architecture for use when designing and building content management solutions.

Nicole Gray

Nicole Gray is currently Director, Strategic Supply Solutions for Catalent Clinical Supply Services, responsible for developing the Direct to Patient business and other new strategic service offerings.  She has been in the Pharmaceutical industry for 18 years and has held multiple roles in clinical supplies project management.  Prior to moving to her current role in August 2018, Nicole spent 6 years as the Director of Project Management for the Catalent Philadelphia site, responsible for a team of 45 Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Sr. Project Managers.  Prior to moving to Catalent Philadelphia, Nicole was responsible for the Mt. Laurel and Allendale Project Management teams (previously Aptuit).

Nicole is an active member of the Global Clinical Supplies Group (GCSG) and is currently the Board Secretary.

Andrew Kraemer

With humble beginnings, Andrew started in hospitality as a bellman carrying bags for a seaside resort hotel.  As he progressed through the front office and subsequent hotels, he held just about every position available to him and a career was born.

After spending almost 15 years at property level, he joined a large hotel franchisor.  There he put his knowledge of operations together with the increasing importance of technology in the hotel and led several brand-wide technology projects.

For the past 8 years, Andrew has led teams of hospitality software trainers, installers and implementation analysts that service both hotel brands and software manufacturers.  His teams have successfully installed and migrated over 10k PMS projects.  Andrew is currently leading efforts to deploy a captive portal in 1,500 hotels.  His team of network technicians is working across North America and assisting a major hotel brand in delivering a professional, consistent internet experience for the consumer.

Roger–André Dirksmeier

Current Positions: Managing Director – Rail Systems and Member of the Board, Shareholder of FOGTEC, Chairman of the SME-Committee of UNIFE, Member of the Presiding Board of UNIFE, Vice-President of International Monorail Association, Vice-President of Interdisciplinary Railway Research Association

After studying vehicle engineering in Cologne, Germany, specialized in track guided vehicles as well as traction technologies, and working for Deutsche Bahn AG, he joined FOGTEC beginning 2001 to develop the market of rolling stock applications for FOGTEC.
