Karol Jarzabek has 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. He began his career in the trucking industry specializing in perishable reefer and dry loads. This starting point opened the doors into the remainder of the supply chain world leading to rich involvements in final mile pharmaceutical delivery, CPG distribution optimization, strategic sourcing in China, supply chain & operations consulting, and now in biopharmaceuticals. As Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement at Azurity Pharmaceuticals he oversees the day to day transformation of raw materials into finished goods and cross-functional optimization from R&D to Customer Delivery.
Currently overseeing a 3 year Strategic transformational plan at MSC Cruises, reporting to the COO and BoD, impacting differed layers of the organization including corporate offices, local offices and 25 ships, for a total yearly turnaround of 5beur and responsibility over 40k FTEs.
