Stan is a clinical pharmacologist with expertise in a wide range of early drug development studies from First-in-Human through Proof-of-concept. In 2002, he pioneered conducting Asian ethnic sensitivity studies outside of Asia to bridge Western data to Asia, a concept he coined as Ethnobriding.  For the last two decades, he has conducted over 250 studies and has written extensively on the role of ethnicity and drug development, including 3 books.
