Angela Tabick
Brenda McGrath
Dr McGrath, brings 30+ years of quality management expertise in monitoring and assessment of quality systems. She previously served as a vendor quality manager for McCormick and Company for 5 years, and prior to that spent 17+ years in the water industry in various quality management roles. Dr McGrath is an Exemplar Global certified ISO9000 and ISO17025 auditor with 15 years of experience in compliance auditing. Her role at inRegen is oversight of Cayman operations with responsibility for company administration, data analysis and reporting.
Dr McGrath received a BSc in Microbiology and Chemistry from University College Dublin, Ireland, an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Bath UK and a PhD in Microbiology from University of Birmingham UK.
Irene Tennant
Kevin Crawford
Currently leading Clinical Operations at Tenax Therapeutics, Kevin M. Crawford is a 23-year clinical research veteran, having held leadership posts under such leading brands as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Johnson & Johnson, and United Therapeutics. A certified executive coach, contributing writer and vlogger as well, Kevin’s insights on a personal and professional mission, organizational leadership and life balance have garnered a growing cult following and demand as an executive consultant and speaker. With a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland, he has published in the Journals of the American Thoracic Society and American College of Chest Physicians. Kevin lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and three children, and when he is not “ON,” he enjoys playing soccer, kayaking, volunteering and having bad coffee with good friends
Tahira Rehmatullah
Tahira serves as Executive Director of Hypur Ventures, Partner at Ceylon Solutions, and CFO of MTech Acquisition Corp. From brand building to hedge funds, Tahira has previously held positions at Marley Natural, Privateer Holdings, City First Enterprises, Perry Capital, and Ernst & Young. She is an investor and advisor to numerous cannabis businesses and entrepreneurs and is dedicated to developing female and minority leadership in the industry. Tahira earned her MBA from the Yale School of Management and B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University.
Gracia Amico
Gracia has nearly two decades of ecommerce and digital experience up to C-suite level. Her
knowledge was gained working for global multi-channel retailers and entrepreneurial pure
players. She was part of the first wave of e-commerce start-ups back in 2000, securing
venture capital investment for her own dotcom company. Since then she has been on the
board of Hobbs as ecommerce Director, headed up Topman’s ecommerce department and
set up the online marketing strategy at Burberry. She most recently held the position of CEO
at PetsPyjamas. Gracia is now Chief Digital Officer for private equity firm Sun Capital and
she also holds non-executive and board advisory roles for a variety of online retail and tech
businesses. She is also a mentor to senior ecommerce executives and an ambassador in
the Retail Week Be Inspired Campaign for young female entrepreneurs.
Amongst collecting a multitude of industry awards she was in 2015 and 2016 recognised as
one of the top 50 most powerful people in online retail with her entry in the top 50 Retail
Week Power List. She often speaks about ecommerce, multi-channel retail and international
fast business growth at conferences and contributes to industry insights for national media
and think tanks.
Gracia has a Master’s Degree in Sinology and Business studies from the Leiden University
in the Netherlands.
Louisa Nicholls
Louisa has 10 years’ experience across online and trade marketing, strategy, merchandising and customer experience & five years store and project experience. She is a successful developer of people through a culture of high performance, ownership, support & stretch, and a strong stakeholder engager & influencer with a track record in shaping & delivering strategic change with a customer centric approach.
Recently, Louisa has joined the Marketing team to set up and embed a new Trade Marketing function in John Lewis and previous to this she lead the Home Online trading teams to drive profitable sales growth and deliver change. Her roles involves shaping, setting & delivering the strategic & commercial direction to maintain the competitive edge in content, assortment, brand & online customer journey.
Maureen McDonagh
Lydia King
Lydia King, PhD, MPH, is the Director of Biostatistics at Ce3 Inc. In this role, she provides strategic direction for biostatistics across multiple study teams, ensuring appropriate statistical techniques for all endpoints. Dr. King offers more than 20 years of experience in SAS programming, study design, and statistical analysis, with an emphasis in oncology trials in most recent years. Prior to her work in clinical trials, Dr. King spent a decade in academia where her research and analytical skills were displayed at professional conferences as well as in peer-reviewed publications. Dr. King holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a PhD in Epidemiology from the Medical University of South Carolina.
