Anthony Lam

Anthony Lam is Head of Product at iProov, a biometric authentication company whose technologies have been deployed across public and private sector organizations worldwide including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Singapore GovTech, U.K.’s National Health Service (NHS), UBS, and Eurostar. Anthony has led iProov’s biometric innovation since 2020, while also serving as a Co-Chair of the Face Verification working group at the FIDO Alliance.

His previous experience spans other technology endeavours including big data roles at SAP and public policy at Microsoft.

Wiktoria Banczyk

Wiktoria Banczyk has a Master of Biomedical Science with expertise in medical and IVD filtration devices. With 10 months dedicated to developing new membrane application for various methods, Wiktoria transitioned to Lab Filtration Product Management for Medical and IVD Devices. She has been involved in various medical and IVD product developments, certifications and registrations, both internally and externally.

Clay Rozic

Graduate of LaRoche College with bachelors in Chemistry and in Biology.  25 years of experience in product development and applications usage for highly purified hydrocarbons.

Ben Green

Ben Green leads the product specialty team that is responsible for developing lubricants and specialties products produced in Petrolia.  He is responsible for developing products that meet customer and regulatory requirements for white mineral oils, microcrystalline waxes, petrolatums, natural emollients and various other specialty materials.  He also manages technical support, method development, marketing and sales support to these product lines.  The Product Specialty team executes R&D goals while encourage innovation and the exploration of next generation product opportunities.

Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Edinboro University and a Master’s of Science from Clemson University.  Ben has six years with HF Sinclair and more than 15 years of experience in a diverse range of scientific disciplines.  Most recently Ben was promoted from Quality Control Supervisor at Petrolia where he acquired experience in product development, lab management, manufacturing support, quality control and analytical services.

Kyra Williams

Kyra Williams is a graduate of Slippery Rock University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2018. Kyra began her career at Sonneborn, an HF Sinclair brand, in August 2018 as a Chemist. In 2021, she was promoted to the Product Specialist for petrolatum products. In her current role, she is responsible for developing new products within her product line based on customer requests and market trends. She also works diligently in supporting the petrolatum product line, including supporting technical services, marketing, and sales. Outside of work, Kyra enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and being at her family’s camp along the Allegheny river.

Raj Sharma

Raj Sharma is an Account Director at Quantum Metric, where he joined in 2022. With an impressive background in the IT industry spanning over two decades, Raj brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, and is currently working to help create powerful partnerships with FSI customers across EMEA.

Raj has a deep understanding of software technologies, having worked with industry-leading companies such as MicroStrategy, IBM, Oracle, and Adobe to help the biggest names in FSI improve and deliver digital experiences.

Melissa Mooney

Melissa Mooney has over 20  years of  experience in the development of eCOA solutions for use in clinical trials. Melissa’s area of expertise is eCOA solution design where she has supported clients and eCOA vendors in developing robust and usable eCOA software solutions that meet eCOA protocol requirements. She also brings a plethora of experience in eCOA requirement gathering, leading  eCOA User Acceptance testing, eCOA data management, and BD support.

Damien Clarkson

Damien is the Co-Founder of THE PACK, one of Europe’s most exciting plant-based dog food startups. Since launching in September 2021 THE PACK has quickly built a strong following of pet parents using their highly innovative and nutritionally complete wet foods for dogs. Damien and his THE PACK Co-Founder Judy Nadel previously built Vevolution – www.vevolution.com , a leading community in the plant-based world. Today the Vevolution is one of the world’s leading specialised marketplaces for plant-based and cell-ag businesses to find investment.

Anna Stressenger

Anna is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on representing commercial clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial motions practice, research, discovery, settlement negotiation, arbitration and appeals. While attending law school, Anna served as a law clerk to the Maryland Deputy Attorney General where she assisted in the prosecution of a high-profile, gang-related murder trial. She also worked as a student attorney through the Washington College of Law Clinic Program during which time she counseled clients seeking asylum, T-Visas, U-Visas and citizenship.

After law school, Anna served as senior appellate judicial clerk to Chief justice Rhys S. Hodge at the Supreme Court of the United States Virgin Islands where she wrote published opinions and judgments in civil and criminal cases involving matters of first impression. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Anna was an associate attorney at an AmLaw 200 law firm based in Washington, D.C. where she handled complex commercial disputes and counseled international corporations on matters involving international regulatory compliance issues.

Tom Boyer

Tom, a US Navy veteran, founded IR.Tools™ in 2006. His motivation to build premium infrared ID products is rooted in his mission to Protect Those Who Protect Us. IR.Tools began with one ¾” IFF patch for the US military and has grown into a business that provides millions of IFF patches all over the world. Tom’s innovation does not stop with IFF patches. In addition to patches, Tom and his team build a full suite of infrared training targets to help soldiers, police, and sportsmen zero and train with their night vision and thermal optics.     Currently Tom has 21 awarded patents, and 14 patents pending.  Tom received his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Md and his MBA from Regents Univ.
