Hilla Debby Clinical Director at Icecure-Medical with over twenty years of experience in medical device industry. Her experience covers leading global clinical and regulatory activities. Holds a BsC in medical science.

After 3 years in a clinical field as a registered nurse and almost 15 years of various positions in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, in 2019 Nina joined Neuroderm as a Global Training and Patient Education Manager, mainly responsible for managing global company clinical trials training program and managing global CTEs (Clinical Trial Educators) activities and training.

• Studies – M.Sc. degree in Bio- and Nanotechnology at the University of applied sciences South Westphalia, Germany
• Research work at the university – corrosion protection of offshore installations by coatings
• since 2014 at Bakelite GmbH in technical customer support & leading of the technical service team
• Direct technical support of phenolic resin applications in carbon products and composites & support of customer related projects
• Leading of the technical team responsible for other applications of phenolic resins such as refractories, friction, abrasives, textile nonwovens…

Skilled over the past 20 years in Sales, Sales Management, Account Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning. I have had the pleasure on working with and on some of the most iconic sporting venues known around the world. I continue to enjoy sharing those experiences with new and existing clients in order to promote best practice and customer engagement through innovative technology.

Joao Pronto is IT Professor at ESHTE – Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies, the main Hospitality University in Portugal, since 1996. He teaches and research mainly the workflows of Hyper-personalization processes, Unified Communications, and tech innovations in the Hospitality Field, as In-Room entertainment innovation. His research in master’s degree, (2002) was about an Expert System (an Artificial Intelligence System) that provides to the Tourists a dashboard where they can choose thematic pics and videos, and the System reply to the Tourist, personalized tourist services based in the Tourist aims and behaviors. Now a days, we call to this approach hyper-personalization in tourism and hospitality. In the past 17 years, in the PhD studies, João Pronto his collaborating with some of the main Hotel Chains in Portugal.
