Martin Chevalley
Juliette Neu
As the Co-founder of Mangata Networks, Juliette is a member of the senior management team and an officer of the board at Mangata. She is in charge of the overall people and brand experience, which includes HR, talent, design & brand, CX, communications, and engagement & outreach.
Juliette Neu is a trained anthropologist with extensive experience in applying anthropological methods to solve complex business situations. She is a result-driven multicultural professional with over twenty years of international practice advising the leadership of aerospace and innovative companies. Before joining Mangata Networks, Juliette ran her own firm and led the talent ramp-up at OneWeb satellites.
She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology from American University and completed doctoral coursework in Anthropological Archaeology at the University of Pittsburgh.
On a good day, Juliette speaks four languages (English, French, Korean and Spanish). She loves experiencing how people live, eat, think, and see the world. The pursuit of kindness and wisdom guides her path.

Stefania Alvino
Stefania is a Digital Orchestrator and Omnichannel Marketing Manager in Daiichi Sankyo Italy, also driver of the Digital Transformation at European level for the country. She established strong digital marketing, social media and digital strategy experience. In her role, Stefania has developed her ability to translate theory into action in the context of change control and mind process.
At Daiichi Sankyo Italy, Stefania is responsible for digital & omni-channel strategy, the planning of local and regional initiatives, evaluating the impact of multi-channel marketing and digital strategy to the integration of on-and offline services and initiatives to open up cross-functional opportunities.
She has gain several awards for innovative projects in the digital and multichannel field and has been a guest speaker at various Italian and international conferences.
Stefania has over 10 years of pharmaceutical, marketing, communications and digital experience in different company.
She is also a journalist with several experience in radio, TV and magazines publishing several articles and nowadays she writes articles on innovation and digital transformation topics.
Arvinder Dhalla
Dr. Arvinder Dhalla has more than twenty years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, project management, regulatory affairs and clinical development across several therapeutic areas. Currently, Arvinder is VP of Clinical Development at Rani Therapeutics, where she is responsible for Clinical and Regulatory functions for all programs. Previously, Arvinder has worked at CV Therapeutics and Gilead Sciences where she led various projects from early discovery to clinical development. Arvinder received her undergrad in Biophysics and doctorate in Cardiovascular Physiology from University of Manitoba, Canada
Craig Mooney
Craig joined Calyx in 2021 as Vice President Scientific eTech Enabled Services, Craig has nearly 30 years of experience in the clinical trial arena including clinical operations, IMP packaging, labeling & logistics, with a primary focus in Interactive Response Technology (IRT). In his current role Craig’s remit is to: Leverage experience as an IRT business owner & sponsor to drive excellence in product, project management, and commercialization; Consult with clients on IRT best practices and emerging trends in the regulatory landscape; Serve as an advocate for sponsors within Calyx through expanded partnership engagements; And contribute to the industry as an evangelist for IRT and its proper role in clinical trials.
