Adyen is the payments platform of choice for many of the world’s leading companies, dedicated to helping companies improve and reshape their customers’ experience through innovative technology. Marija is Global Head of Hospitality in Adyen, she  holds a PhD in Industrial Design and has over ten years of experience in the payments industry. Today, Marija is leading Adyen’s global strategy for the hospitality industry across hospitality segments (hotels, food and beverage and entertainment) and across geographies.

Erwan joined Zoox in early 2019 to lead the company’s expansion across Europe, Middle East and Africa, after spending 20 years in the hospitality industry. Erwan is a recognized professional helping hotel chains to appropriate disruptive technologies, improve customer experience and develop new sources of revenues.

Jeffrey F. Kober has held various engineering and management positions in the advanced composite industry for 45 years. Mr. Kober has worked in the industrial, automotive and aerospace business segments of the composites industry. He is a 1975 graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Mr. Kober holds two United States patents specifically in the fire protection of modern rolling stock vehicles. In 1997 Mr. Kober founded Milwaukee Composites Inc. and since then has focused and specialized in the design and manufacture of advanced fire safe composite structures for global mass transportation vehicles. He is presently the President/CEO of Milwaukee Composites Inc. (Milwaukee, Wisconsin).

Barny started making cider in 2002 and it wasn’t long before he outgrew the shed resulting in Sandford Orchards moving into The Cider Works in Crediton,one of the oldest working cider mills in the country. A true believer in the history of cider making, Sandford Orchards believes Sander has a huge potential to grow as a delight for the modern cider drinker of today. A firm advocate of traditional cider making methods but experimental with innovation especially in new fermentations.

Robert has over 35 years of banking experience of which 20 years have been in international banking.

For the last 10 years Robert has been Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo and for 6 years prior to this he was Retail Board Member for Raiffeisen Bank Albania.

Before that he worked for a Bank in Saudi Arabia as General Manager for Business Development.

Robert’s expertise and experience is in areas such as change management, employee engagement and creating customer focused cultures. He regularly presents at international banking conferences and has been chairman of the Kosovo Banking Association for many years.

Robert’s interests include long distance running, travel and the renovation of a 200 year old house in France.

Philippe is the Head of Digital Strategy of UBS Switzerland AG (based in Zurich). Prior to his current role, he built a strong background in strategy as a project leader with Boston Consulting Group and then in Group Strategy at UBS (with responsibility for the definition of Fintech strategy at Group level). He started his career developing a solid capital markets expertise through successful experiences in the stock exchange and investment banking industries.

Joe Bicknell has 20 years of experience selling software solutions to enterprise organizations around the globe. He is currently the VP of Sales in EMEA at WorkFusion. Joe believes WorkFusion’s technology has industry leading innovation in a market that is seeing unprecedented growth and that AI combined with Machine Learning will change the way people work for the greater good.
