In 1983 Ruud started at NS Dutch Railways, the first years as a mechanic, then as an instructor and since 1992 as an engineer, later senior engineer at NS Train Modernization (NS TM). As an engineer / sr engineer, Ruud has been involved in damage repair, revision and modernization of trainsets and addressing technical problems during overhaul and modernization. His fields of expertise mainly concern the exterior parts of trains, which also include the application of foil. As a senior engineer, he is responsible for the overhaul and modernization designs within his field of expertise, so they meet customer as well as regulatory requirements. As the exterior foil is part of the total exterior preservation system, he is involved with the current fire safety requirements for exterior preservation systems.

Gökhan Eker graduated from Computer Science Engineering Department of Ege University and he also completed his MBA study at Yeditepe University in Turkey. After working Information Technologies departments of Eczacıbaşı and Yapi Kredi Bank, he started to work at Information Technologies body of Akbank in 2006. After working 7 years as Project and Program Manager in Project Management Department, he worked as Treasury and Investment Applications Manager for 3 years in the same company. He has been working as IT Architecture and Core Banking Applications Development Senior Vice President since 2017.

Has 21 years of experience with a demonstrated history in the banking as well as other industries and software houses. Highly experienced in three main areas of IT: enterprise architecture, software development and infrastructure; which gives her a broad perspective and mastery in IT.

Meltem started her career as a software developer in a bank in 1998. From then on, she worked in six different banks in Turkey in different departments and positions, such as developer, software architect, project leader, enterprise architect, infrastructure manager and vice president.

For the last 4 years, she is working as “IT Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Applications Vice President” in Akbank, which is the biggest bank in Turkey.

Andrea Bargetzi is Head Digital Experience and Marketing at Credit Suisse, based in Zurich. In her current role, she drives the corporate digital strategy forward by leveraging data to optimize experience and to understand the audience. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2008, Andrea was leading and building up a new profit center for Chorus Call, a communications technology provider, in Vancouver, Canada. She started her career in private banking at Morgan Stanley and at UBS.

Andrea holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from HWZ, Zurich. She is very passionate about user experience and data topics and has completed various courses in data science. When she is not glued to a computer screen, she spends time out and about with her dog and is enthusiastic about photography and traveling.

Iain Swaine has spent 16 years specialising in Cybercrime prevention, initially within the Royal Bank of Scotland where he created their Cyber Intelligence Unit before moving to run the technical aspects of Cybercrime prevention. After a six year period of globally consulting with Banks on their Cybercrime prevention strategies he moved to BioCatch to aid in the strategic implementation of Behavioural Biometrics and to manage client relationships. He realised the opportunity to look behind the device at the person (or bot) interacting with an application opened up new mechanisms to both prevent attacks and also to give insights into adversary capabilities in ways that were not previously possible.
