Richard Barrall

Richard Barrall has over 23 years of experience in various aspects of the pharmaceutical and
biopharmaceutical industry from his start in clinical contract packaging and logistics at Fisher Clinical
Services, Inc. in 1997 to his current role with Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Technical Lead in clinical
global logistics. He has held various roles over the years in clinical logistics project management,
import/export, finance, clinical packaging project management, and comparator sourcing.
His current responsibilities include strategically managing the global logistics for multiple clinical studies
at Bristol-Myers within internal operations and with external distribution and transportation partners.
Distribution within these studies encompasses temperature-controlled logistics from controlled ambient
to frozen.
Richard currently resides in Allentown, PA with his wife of 27 years.

Jack MacIntyre

Jack is responsible for GlobalData’s non-alcoholic beverage consulting. He spends his days scoping and delivering a wide variety of beverages projects on behalf of global players. Jack has ten years’ experience in FMCG strategy – in both consulting and data analytics roles – and previously worked for NPD Group and Kantar. His insights on various consumer markets have been featured in The Economist, The Telegraph, and numerous industry publications.

Maria del Carmen Rusbermejo

Carmen has been working in the PET packaging industry for almost a decade and she has led, as Key Account Manager, very important projects of some of the most well-known international brands of the biggest players of the global market.

 Carmen also plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
As Area Sales Manager Design Services, she is now responsible for the development and achievement of sales through design projects which involve conceptual design and branding activities.

Sarah Ringkamp

Sarah is a Technical Sales Manager with over 15 years’ experience in coloring foods and flavor industries. Prior to joining GNT in 2010, Sarah worked as a Application Technologist and Category Manager Juices and Nectar for Firmenich. In her role as technical Sales Manager she  developed strong partnerships with international and national customers.

Yves Holenstein

Yves Holenstein is Senior Account Manager at Modum. Among other things, he is responsible for understanding our customers’ processes and challenges in order to conceive tailor-made solutions. Yves holds a Master’s degree in Information and Technology Management and has over 20 years experience in Management Consulting for Accenture, b&m management and PwC, as well as in the senior management of several SMEs.

Paul Terry

Paul Terry was appointed Sales and Marketing Director – EMEA for Peli BioThermal, in 2013. With over 20 years experience of commercial sales; sales team management and long-term strategic planning, Paul has been a key addition to the Peli BioThermal business.

Prior to joining Peli BioThermal, Paul had spent 10 years working within the paper and packaging industries including working for SCA Packaging as Sales and Marketing Director in Asia. Paul spent time focusing on the development of sales strategy where he successfully saw a sales increase year on year.

Previous to this Paul held various positions as European Strategic Account Director, Strategic Account Controller and Business Development Manager for Coca-Cola and Mobil Oil. Paul worked for a number of years in both continental Europe and Asia and has extensive global account management skills and experience of complex supply chains.

Paul lives in Banbury, Oxfordshire with his young family. Outside of work Paul enjoys outdoor sports whenever time permits and is keen amateur astronomer and cyclist.

Patrick Rivera

Site Head Frankfurt – T°Safe Group


B.Sc. Civil Engineer at TU Darmstadt. Experienced in airfreight operations and road export, with a focus on pharmaceuticals. Patrick has been supporting T°Safe Group for a year now, developing T°Safe’s global infrastructure, as well as providing the best IT solutions for the customer (e.g. iDEX project management tool). He started to lead the Site since August 2019.
