Tony Waite
Tony Waite is Sales Director Packaging at Tata Steel Europe and the current President of APEAL, the Association of European Producers of Steel for Packaging.
He joined Tata Steel in 1999 and has held a number of commercial roles within the organisation looking after Original Equipment Manufacturers from Industrial Packaging, Radiators, Domestic Appliances and Automotive tiers.
Prior to his current role, he was Regional Head for EIMEA based out of Dubai where he looked after Tata Steel operations in the region and was responsible for all the sales of products into the region from both the European and Indian operations.
He holds a BSc in Technology and Management, as well as an MBA from the University of Warwick in the U.K.
Elnouaman Samadi
Elnouaman SAMADI is a Supply Chain and Operational Excellence Expert, and Researcher at Mohamed V University – Morocco. He is also a consultant for several companies in supply chain performance and Operational Excellence transformation.
He graduated from National School of Applied Sciences in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, and actually researcher in the National High School for Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS). He works mainly on Supply Chain Performance and Operational Excellence topics.
He is currently managing a lean transformation journey in Hikma Pharmaceuticals in order to help business teams improving their Best Practices and accompany business growth.

Dr. Ross J. MacRae
Ross MacRae is a registered pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Ross began his career at Pfizer in 1992 and held roles of increasing responsibility in formulation development over 13 years. His formulation experience covers a wide range of formulation types, with particular expertise in drug delivery technology development and product line extension. For the past 14+ years he has had responsibility for a number of clinical trial manufacturing facilities delivering inhaled, liquids and solids products in the UK and the US. Currently Ross is head of Drug Product Manufacturing, UK within Worldwide Research and Development and a member of the Sandwich site leadership team.

Francisco is an Economic Analyst, MBA and a certified Non-Executive Director (NED), member of UK`s Non-Executive Directors Association, with 30 years of experience in International Air Freight Logistics specialized in Temperature Controlled management Air Cargo operations for pharmaceuticals.
He joined IATA in 2014 as Regional Cargo Manager for the EU, UK, Turkiye, Israel, Ukraine and Russia & CIS countries. Currently responsible for the global Air Cargo Training department. He also has been acting as Instructor and Validator for the CEIV Pharma Certification program since 2014 as well as Consultant for pharma temperature control projects at airports in Europe, US, Canada, Latin America, and South Africa for Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Logistics Operators, Freight Forwarding Companies and Trucking Companies.
