Bryan Phillips is Product Director for Coverly. He oversees the design and development of the business’s product innovation agenda and initiatives, working closely with Jodi Cartwright to align disruptive product offerings with customer trends.
Bryan is the former Head of Product Innovation at Bibby Financial Services, the global SME partner backing Coverly, where he led the global product innovation team for the last two years. With expertise in the ideation and design of digital products and customer experiences across a variety of sectors, Bryan brings with him the experience necessary to build and grow a disruptive InsurTech business.
Prior to joining Bibby Financial Services, Bryan held roles with the BBC, Santander and Digital Production Partnership. He worked at the BBC for nine years, planning and delivering a variety of different television and media projects, before moving into the financial services sector in 2014 as Innovation Manager at Santander UK.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Media Production from Bournemouth University in 1997.
Paul Terry was appointed Sales and Marketing Director – EMEA for Peli BioThermal, in 2013. With over 20 years experience of commercial sales; sales team management and long-term strategic planning, Paul has been a key addition to the Peli BioThermal business.
Prior to joining Peli BioThermal, Paul had spent 10 years working within the paper and packaging industries including working for SCA Packaging as Sales and Marketing Director in Asia. Paul spent time focusing on the development of sales strategy where he successfully saw a sales increase year on year.
Previous to this Paul held various positions as European Strategic Account Director, Strategic Account Controller and Business Development Manager for Coca-Cola and Mobil Oil. Paul worked for a number of years in both continental Europe and Asia and has extensive global account management skills and experience of complex supply chains.
Paul lives in Banbury, Oxfordshire with his young family. Outside of work Paul enjoys outdoor sports whenever time permits and is keen amateur astronomer and cyclist.
Site Head Frankfurt – T°Safe Group
B.Sc. Civil Engineer at TU Darmstadt. Experienced in airfreight operations and road export, with a focus on pharmaceuticals. Patrick has been supporting T°Safe Group for a year now, developing T°Safe’s global infrastructure, as well as providing the best IT solutions for the customer (e.g. iDEX project management tool). He started to lead the Site since August 2019.

Customer Service Executive, Operations – T°Safe Group
Trainee as office clerk at Globex 24 Couriers GmbH, a logistics company for the pharmaceutical industry. After completing the training, Nathalie transferred to a freight forwarder, where she gained experience in the area of export and import. With the accumulated experience Nathalie joined T°Safe, where she is focused with the customer service & operations. Her main task is the preparation and execution of temperature-controlled transports, in addition to taking care of the controlling department.

Aditi Khurana, is an Associate Director of Project Management with Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Palo Alto, CA. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is certified in Global Regulatory affairs (RAC). She holds a Bachelors in Neuroscience from University of California Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
She has 11 years of combined experience working initially in the biomarker identification, companion diagnostics & assay development space as an ASCP licensed Clinical Cytogenetics and Molecular Biologist, and later in project management roles leading planning for clinical development and regulatory submissions deliverables.
Key areas of focus include study concept development, IND and BLA submission planning, decision frameworks and developing strategic roadmaps for global product success.
Patrick is heading the Department Quality in Distribution, Artwork and Product Security @Merck since 2014. In this role he is deeply involved in all topics around distribution, warehousing, GDPs, validation and qualifications, risk assessment, etc. With his team he controls the worldwide shipments leaving all Merck manufacturing sites or CMOs.
Before joining Merck Patrick was working as GMP and GDP inspector for the Austrian national Health Authority. Being responsible for international inspections he gained a lot of insights into the pharmaceutical world and quality practices of various pharma companies. As a member of the GDP drafting group at the European Health Authority EMA he was deeply involved in the generation and implementation of the EU GDP guideline.
Patrick has also a broad knowledge in QC testing and product release as he worked in different QC labs for 11 years. He is a biotechnologist by training with a Master’s Degree of the University of Applied Science in Krems, Austria.
Georges France is leading the Quality integration process for GSK Consumer Healthcare further to the JV with Pfizer Consumer Healthcare in August 2019. Before that Georges was leading Quality globally for the Local Operating Companies (LOC) for the GSK Consumer Healthcare division. Prior to joining GSK, he was with at Novartis since March 2012. He previously worked at Pfizer as a Vice President of Global Quality Strategy and Global Affiliates Quality and prior to that, worked at Wyeth for 12 years.
Georges holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Post-Graduate Degree in Pharmacology and completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Program.
He was EPFIA topic leader in the Expert working Group for the ICH Q10 guidelines regarding the Pharmaceutical Quality System as the ICH Q8, Q9 and Q10 Implementation Working Group. Today he is an EFPIA Expert for ICH Q12 Expert Working Group.
