Parul is Head of AXA NEXT Labs Europe at AXA Group. She is responsible for start-up eco system strategy and deal origination for partnering, business model innovation and investments in Digital Health, Mobility, Cyber Security and Fintech. Parul features on the Women in Fintech Powerlist 2018 for Global Fintech Industry. A mentor at The Duke of York Pitch@Palace & Mayor of London’s International Business Partnering and Business Growth Programme, she is a Board advisor to Insurance Times on Technology and Innovation.
An economist and CFA Charter-holder, she has held senior strategist, M&A and investor roles, globally at AXA, Aviva, Family office VC and Citigroup.

Peter leads on data innovation in the regulatory arm of the Bank of England. He heads up a team of data specialists responsible for delivering the bank’s RegTech strategy, helping end users find, fix and explore new ways of using data and coordinating information and data governance.
Peter has worked in central banking and financial regulation since 2010. He has held roles in insurance and banking policy, supervision and financial stability. In the latter Peter led the project to bring CRD IV regulatory reporting data systems into the Bank of England.
Ana Perales is a Director in Barclays Ventures, a team created in 2018 focused on developing new business lines, promoting innovation and driving returns within Barclays.
Having worked in Barclays for 7 years on a number of roles, from operations to product development, she joined Moneysupermarket in 2010 to gather first-hand experience of a digital business. She returned to Barclays in 2011, ran the online investment execution only proposition for 4 years and in the past 4 years her focus has been on the role that Artificial Intelligence will have on the business, the economy and society as a whole. Ana runs a team focussed on upskilling, inspiring and connecting colleagues, people and communities on AI. They are set up to help the UK accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence technologies; empowering private and public sectors, organisations and individuals to seek the benefit of its potential, safely and responsibly. In addition, Ana is part of the Conception X Board, a venture builder that creates early stage deep tech start-ups from PhD students in leading universities. launched in the UCL Faculty of Engineering, and now supported by Barclays Eagle Labs.
Philippe was appointed Head of Digital Transformation at BNP Paribas Securities Services in May 2016.
In this role, Philippe is responsible for identifying, building and investing in the technology solutions driving change in the securities services industry, as well as delivering our Securities Services future business model.
Philippe joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in May 2001 running projects and product development in the clearing, settlement and custody area. In this role, he successfully developed new client solutions including outsourcing for banks and brokers and a number of global clearing and settlement services.
Philippe then moved to London (September 2009) as Head of Financial Intermediaries in the UK. He was appointed Global Head of Products for Local Clearing, Settlement and Custody in September 2011. In September 2014, he was appointed Head of Clearing and Custody Solutions, overseeing clearing and direct custody products, global network management and global custody product.
Philippe started his career at JP Morgan in 1992 before moving to Accenture in 1995 as a senior consultant specialising in business integration. In 1998, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consultants as a manager in the brokerage and retail banking consulting practice.
Philippe is a graduate of the European Business School.

Abhijit is bringing machine intelligence to life at the Lloyds Banking Group. His focus is on combining machine and human intelligence to fundamentally change the way the Bank does business and create new opportunities for customers and colleagues. Earlier, as a leader in McKinsey, he engaged with CXOs from large enterprises to help them take strategic and investment decisions, build new digital business models, and drive above-market growth.
Roshan Rohatgi is a senior member of the NatWest Innovations and Solutions team focusing predominantly on the search and qualification of Ai and Machine Learning Solutions that have potential for bank-wide implementation.
At present he is also the Innovation and Solutions lead for a key strategic innovation project funded and sponsored by the C-Suite. Roshan brings a great deal of experience in entrepreneurship and strategy to his role at NatWest having previously run two technology start-ups in the UK. Prior to this Roshan worked for two top tier U.S. Investment Banks as a bond trader and in business development.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France, SV.USA, Singapore).
