Dr Karen J Williams

Dr Karen J Williams holds a PhD in bioengineering, is a Fellow of the Institute of Clinical Research, and has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years. Her experience includes project management/clinical operations in pharma, biotech and CROs, and in a wide variety of therapeutic areas. Having worked more than 50% of her time in oncology, she established Karma Oncology in 2012 and the company has grown across Europe and North America. Karma Oncology is a unique, oncology-specialized clinical development company and a leading provider of oncology clinical trial and operational solutions for pharma and biotech companies.

 

Marc Chiappero

Marc Chiappero is an economist with a master’s degree in international management by the University of Rennes, France and holder of an MBA in Management of the industrial processes and quality by the FGV Foundation in Brazil. He is the General Manager of ARIA do Brasil and member of the board of directors of ARIA Technologies and in charge of the international strategy.

Phillippa Holford

Phillippa Holford is the Chief Flavorist for Sensient’ s EMEA Sweet and Beverage team. Having joined the group in 2009 she is now leading the European Flavour team responsible for  customer projects and supporting concepts for new marketing insights whilst linking up with the wider global team to share concepts and global market trends.

Phillippa has more than 25 year experience in the industry focusing on both sweet and beverage flavor creation. Prior to working at Sensient she spent time at a top 10 European flavor house as well experiencing the growth start-up flavor division.
