Josh is a global product owner for cell and gene therapy (CGT) orchestration systems at Roche since November 2022. In his current role, Josh oversees the platforming of the CGT portfolio onto various solutions in alignment with business priority to facilitate end-to-end order life cycle more efficiently and mitigate key operating risks.
Before Roche, Josh worked across several CGT programs and clients while consulting for Deloitte. As a member of the team delivering the first autologous cell therapy commercialized product to the US, Josh has defined and evolved end-to-end requirements, along with having experience translating CGT processes into actionable systems architectures, integration design, data modelling and development for commercial scaling.
Josh has supported the platforming of Roche’s commercial gene therapy product market launches and is now in the process of onboarding several clinical products to a broader set of solutions in 2025.
Outside of work Josh enjoys scuba diving, racquet sports, eating out and traveling, and has been to over 30+ countries. He currently lives in Chicago with his partner and two dogs.
David has over 30 years’ experience in all lines of General Insurance, roles at AXA UK including Managing Director of Underwriting & Technical Services, Managing Director Claims, Reinsurance Manager and Casualty Insurance Manager. In 2022 David moved to a Non-Exec / Advisory career, and continues to support AXA and others on a consultancy basis.
David holds Non-Exec Director roles at Qlaims Ltd and Freedom Services Group / Action 365. He sits on the BIBA Claims Customer Working Group and is Chair of the Fire Protection Association (FPA). He was previously Chair of the ABI Motor Committee & Autonomous Driving Group, was a Vice President of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Nationally, a founding member of the joint CII / CILA Faculty of Claims, and was Chair of the CII Underwriting Faculty for almost a decade.
Very well-known and active across the entire UK Insurance market, in 2018 he was recognised as Social Media Influencer of the year, and in 2019 he won both the Insurance Post Claims Achievement Award, as well as being named Insurance Personality of the Year at the British Insurance Awards.
Hugo holds a BSc and Master (DRS) in Business Economics, a Post-Master degree Chattered Controller (RC), at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands. Several Executive Masters of which the latest at Cambridge University 2025, Leading Sustainability: High Impact Leadership.
With over 25 years of international experiences in Global Equipment Financing, ranging from Finance, Transformation Projects to Captive set up, Hugo is an Experienced Leader in the Lease Industry. Before joining the Invigors, his last role was Head of Customer Financing EMEA with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc, building the full Customer Financing function in EMEA. Prior to that, Head of Equipment Financing & Strategic Partnerships for Canon Europe, managing a EUR 1,8 billion Lease Portfolio. Earlier, various Management Roles with Canon Netherlands, Kappa/CVC Cinven and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Myles Dakin founded the research company, Hypo-Stream, to address anticipated needs in burns treatment and nosocomial infection with AMR pathogens. His R&D journey has led to discovery of a multi-modal anti-inflammatory agent that neutralises both Il-6 and TNF-a alongside altering the ratio of Il-10 to Il-6 in a favourable way. Hypo-Stream has progressed to an emerging pharma company with CHMP supported Ph III ready asset and orphan designation in a rare disease alongside a pipeline with potential global impact.
