Lynda Partner

Lynda Partner is a self-professed data addict and experiences the power of data every day as Pythian’s Vice President of Marketing and Analytics-as-a-Service.  The author of Pythian’s Love Your Data mantra, Lynda understands very well how data can transform companies into competitive winners.

Lynda’s love affair with data started 20 years ago when she founded a highly successful SaaS company and took advantage of data to increase product usage and generate more revenue. Lynda is still making data-informed decisions every day to achieve faster and better results with measurable outcomes.  She so believes in the power of data that she was the driving force in adding an analytics practice to Pythian’s database focus. Heading up Pythian’s Analytics-as-a-Service, Lynda works with companies around the world and across industries to turn data into insights, predictions and products.

She is the co-author of Designing Cloud Data Platforms and was named to the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada list in 2014 by the Executive Women’s Network. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and loves to be always active. From coaching girls’ hockey to cycling the 25 kilometers to and from work each day, she’s always in motion.  Her downtime is her island cottage, where she kayaks while plotting new ways to use data. Only for good, of course.
