Kimberley Hoevers started her journey within Worldline in 2018 in the role of account manager Hospitality, Travel & Ticketing for the Dutch market after finalising the studies Front Office Management and Leisure Management. In November last year she made a switch to the global hospitality team where she is using her expertise and knowledge to conquer the international world of hospitality.

She is passionate about payment solutions for the hospitality industry, which in her opinion, combine the best of both worlds and she is always there to support her customers the best way she can.

Being there for customers to help them out, or just to have a good conversation, is her biggest drive to stay motivated and energized all day.

PIOTR LIPIEC

Piotr has been described by those that have worked with him as a great professional, dedicated, a positive innovator and out-of-box thinker. After spending 5 years at LG, he moved to Samsung as the European Business Development Manager for the hospitality sector. He has volunteered on various advisory councils and worked with the biggest hotel chains in the world.

CHAN MIN WILLIAM LEE

Studied at Glion Institute of Higher Education which specialized in hospitality industry. After graduation, he started his career at Swire group, EAST Miami hotel as a starting member. He has been working at ONDA for 5 Years as Project Manager, Product Owner and business developer and currently in charge of Global business.

MAGDALENA OSMOLA

Magdalena is a marketing strategist captivated by behavioural, wellbeing and new lifestyle trends. She has over 10years of multi-market experience across trade, client and agency sides. At European tourism association (ETOA) she led campaigns promoting Europe as a destination. Working for marketing agency Accord, she promoted campaigns for various travel clients including hotels and destinations. She has co-organised events with Google London and other partners. Subsequently, Magdalena moved to work on concept development for new openings in Portugal to finally join Vale do Lobo Resort in 2019. Magdalena works on profiling new audiences and designing creative ways of promoting Vale do Lobo’s “effortless resort living” concept and their residential tourism experience. She embraces the need to focus on ‘new luxury’: community-feel, wellbeing, active living, sustainability, growth and contribution. All delivered through integrated campaigns led by social, influencer, content and events campaigns. She regularly speaks at international conferences. As a typical unsettled mind, Magdalena has a keen interest in digital, holds Tourism Management MA, Google Squared Digital Marketing certification and is an MCIM. She is also a mindfulness & flow state coach, passions which she embraces both personally and professionally.
